Summer Drills Build Off Season Skillz
It’s been a crazy summer. Our students have pushed through and continue to persevere! We’re always so impressed with their desire to learn and continue to grow as students, athletes, and into young adults.
We’ve offered small practice and training resources, compliant with CDC guidelines and groups fewer than ten, to ensure the safety and well being of our students. If you haven’t tried it, it’s really hard working out in masks, ya’ll! But they push through because so many want to continue to get better.
Summer is usually a time for students to get in off season work and get better and so many are limited on their ability to just get out and get exercise. We’re trying to help where we can. Coach Durham is directly offering Defensive Back training and drills and we’re still actively posting all sorts of drills and workout from home tips for alternative sports. Make sure you check us out on our social media pages for our most recent tips and details on future workout opportunities…spaces are literally limited.
